Welcome to Kent and Sussex Dyslexia

Hello and welcome to Kent and Sussex Dyslexia.   My name is Debbie and I am a qualified dyslexia specialist, trainer and lecturer in education and psychology.  I am passionate about learning and wellbeing and offer dyslexia assessments, tuition, parent support and training in all aspects of dyslexia, education and wellbeing.

I hold an Assessment Practising Certificate and am a Professional member of both the British Dyslexia Association and The Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS).  I am also a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a professional Member of the Division of Researchers and Teachers in Psychology (DARTP).  I am based on Crowborough and started KSD (part of Cog Ed Ltd® over ten years ago and  have been working in education and psychology for over 25 years.    I have also worked within schools, higher education and mental health services and have a particular focus on the emotional wellbeing of children and young people - my passion is unlocking learning and wellbeing solutions.
